We are currently accepting United Health Care /Optum, Aetna and Oscar Health. Sacred Spaces Counseling is a non-network provider with Tricare Select and Tricare for Life. We do not submit claims to Tricare, however, we will provide you with a superbill that you can submit for reimbursement.

Out of Network Benefits 

If we do not participate with your insurance, you may be able to use out of network benefits such as partial or full reimbursement after meeting a deductible. Please check with your insurance company to see if this is an option for you. Sacred Spaces Counseling will provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance upon request.

Self-Pay Options

Insurance companies will require a diagnosis, access to your records and in some cases, may limit the number of visits to your provider. For these reasons, many choose to self-pay for their sessions. We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, FSA and HSA cards.  Self-pay rate is $150 for a 60 minute session.
